Romans 12:12

Paul is providing practical instructions for how believers should conduct themselves in the world. The verse is emphasizing the importance of different attitudes and actions that should be present in a believer’s life, such as joy in hope, patience in affliction, and faithfulness in prayer. Joy in hope is the state of mind of looking forward with hope and joy in the future, patience in affliction is the ability to endure through difficult times, and faithfulness in prayer is the consistency in communicating with God through prayer. This verse is encouraging believers to maintain a positive attitude, even in difficult times, and to keep their faith and trust in God, through prayer.
